Moses was the meekest man on the face of the earth.
So, if they had a meekness contest, Moses would have won ‘Most Meek’. Do you think he went around bragging about it?
So meek, in fact, he kept telling God he wasn’t up to it. God sort of ‘lost it’ and impressed Aaron into service.
Our meek Moses, however, did kill a guard and was on the run at one time.
Moses had a tough life. All prophets of God do.

Ben Kingsly played Moses on a TV production of Moses some 18 years ago. His Moses stuttered and his character was very retiring and very beta male! I thought the whole production strived mightily for authenticity and they got a lot of things right!
The real Moses was 4 score of age and his brother Aaron was 83 when he led Israel out of Egypt.(and they didn’t even have a AARP card).
