I know he’s not popular on FR (for good reason!), but O’Reilly did have a good list of what should be followed. It included all of the aide workers having to remain off-shore in quarantine for 21 days before being allowed back in the country.
They can keep them at Ellis Island until we are sure they aren’t carrying diseases.
