If Hannah’s remains are really skeletonized due to vultures and weather there may be no DNA tying her to Matthews. If so, and no witnesses come forward he may skate in a trial due to absence of hard evidence. So far the only evidence released by the authorities is circumstantial. Even though there was video of him with Hannah the night of the disappearance it doesn’t prove he killed her. If the police have no better evidence of him with the other girls, his attorney may be advising him to hang tough.
Remember OJ walked. In today’s world anything is possible particularly when there are racial overtones.

Is it possible that from September 13/14 thru October 18 there’d be only skeletal remains? That would suggest he didn’t even try to bury her in a shallow grave, but just left her dead body out there.
The local authorities DID empty out Matthews’s apartment before getting him extradited from TX, so it’s possible there are traces of her DNA that were found in his apartment. I certainly hope they have the goods on this guy.
He was just charged with intention to murder and rape of another girl who lived through it all and they have his DNA match from a young girl that was murdered.They are checking on lot’s of things.This is going to take awhile.
I think they already charged him in Hannah’s case with attempted abduction with intent to defile before her body was found. It makes me wonder if they have evidence of a link to her from his apartment or car.
