ATT is a pain in the you know what. Try calling them sometime and talking to a human with an IQ over 75 and who can actually speak/understand English.

I've had Uverse for a year and never had a problem. I've been pleasantly surprised. It is much better than what I had...and cheaper!

The tech who installed it gave me his cell no. incase I have a problem.
