Business Insider: Here are All the Cases of Ebola in the US so far (10/15)

"(Reuters) - There have been eight cases of Ebola seen in the United States since the beginning of August. A Liberian man who died Oct. 8 in a Dallas, Texas hospital was the first person diagnosed with the virus on U.S. soil.

3. Amber Vinson

4. Ashoka Mukpo

5. Unidentified HCW released from Emory

6. Nancy Writebol

7. Dr. Kent Brantly

8. Dr. Rick Sacra

Of your list, the only ones to catch the disease in the US were the two nurses who took care of Duncan, Nina Pham and Amber Vinson.

The good news is it seems to be quite hard to catch the virus from patients who are not really sick.
