7.6 bababa-billion? Um...we need to stop wasting money trying to tame these 7th century savages. However, I am fully in support of spending money to send them anything that is supersonic, and goes BOOM!

Exactly what I’ve been advocating for years! Napalm the poppy fields! Then spray the fields with a major chemical that prevents any growth of plant life for years. ...Put the terriorists out of business in AFG by destroying their major source of revenue.
