The US Army was never able to develop anything like the Shilka. They tried with the Sergeant York system which was an unmitigated disaster.

The problem is that the range of this weapon is 2,000 meters, but an Apache is lethal out beyond 6,000 meters. Which is why the US Army use missiles for air defense instead of radar directed cannon.
