Then again, Hadfield has ventured where few have: space.

Didn't he have any actual work to do? Doing what? He's in low earth orbit. There's not a lot to do except sit there and orbit the damn earth. Over and over again.

Didn't he have any actual work to do? They never advertise what they really do. My cousin is a retired astronaut and they said the same thing about his time in space. He did some live science labs for school kids, but the three missions he went on was over the same time all the GPS satellites were deployed.
