Thanks Ray76.

Here’s the government (pre)solicitation link:

https://www.fbo.gov/index?id=a432eb7928319f1e3c020b40ee924ce3

You can download the Draft RFP and yellow highlight Page 5 and Page 28 in the last sentence under section 4.

Note this is a draft and is subject to change. Need to act quick before the other side scrubs the damning verbiage to avoid a lawsuit.

Now the general basis for filing a prelim federal injunction order is as follows:

a. Immigration Reform is not law yet so it is unlawful to prepare (spend public funds) for a ‘future immigration reform initiative’. EXPAND ON THIS.

b. The state is harmed if 4 to 9 million and up to 34 million green card like work permits and IDs are issued because of the burden it places on state health and court facilities and state efforts in the current employment environment. EXPAND ON THIS.

c. There are many laws on the books that have been duly authorized by Congress that run counter to the Executive Branch preparing to initiate Immigration Reform without congressional approval. EXPAND ON THIS.

Take the above to immigration attorneys that are sympathetic and get them to volunteer to write a draft of points and authorities to accompany a pleading for the federal injunctive order.

Any Freepers in Alabama should get this to Senator Sessions IMMEDIATELY. We can be sure his staff will blaze a trail to the federal courts on this.

Thanks.

Again....I don’t know ANY immigration lawyers. What about groups like FAIR, alipac.us and NumbersUSA? Don’t they have legal staff who could do this?
