Wow, excellent point! Now all of our representatives should in fact contact people in the medical field (literally and figuratively) and get the right protocol and have public announcements. Why can’t they? The administration ignores the Constitution, how about we hear from the Senate and the House and they tell us what the specialists are doing.
How about they ask the military doctors who have the responsibility of keeping the military safe. We have boots on the ground all around Africa. Of course, we are talking about natural diseases not man-caused like reactions to burn pits or agent orange.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
