New York Times: 'Seething' Obama Has Been Let Down by CDC

Whether it's his IRS targeting his political opponents, his NSA spying on journalists, his EPA blowing an oil spill, his HHS fumbling a Website designed to sell only one product (ObamaCare), or his CDC proving itself so inept you wonder if anyone there has even bothered to see the movie "Outbreak," President Obama's Palace Guards in the mainstream media are always there to assure us the President is very, Very, VERY angry and disappointed.

As though the guy in charge is the helpless one, the real victim.

With the federal government's unforgivable mishandling of Ebola threatening to finally consume his presidency, it was no less than the New York Times that ran to Obama's rescue Saturday morning with a feature piece headlined, "Amid Assurances on Ebola, Obama Is Said to Seethe."

They do have a trump card for a bit. Govt. subsidized media. They will get “paid” for a bit yet. Just like Hollywood has/is top heavy and falling over, the MSM will too. Oh, dear. I should hope no one is thinking that a Hollywood movie is indicative of how the CDC should operate. Hollywood movies are pure entertainment, and have little or nothing to do with reality.

After reading the synopsis of Outbreak on Wikipedia, I can see how people are upset with the CDC, government, etc., if they think there is anything resembling reality in that movie. It no more resembles reality than Alice in Wonderland does.

The NYT's has a point. Had the CDC, aka Center for DISEASE CONTROL, done its job Obola would not have had to give up two fund raising trips. Even a terrorist attack in Benghazi did not warrant giving up a campaign appearance.

The CDC has focused less on DISEASE CONTROL & concentrated on issues such as forcing sex education on children long before parents find it appropriate, taking surveys in schools with questions akin to "when did you stop beating your wife," & making HIV a nonreportable communicable disease because it is not politicaly correct to report a disease in which being gay was the number 1 risk factor.

Had the CDC not morphed into the CSE (Center for Social Engineering) perhaps Ebola would have been contained to the primates in the jungle and Obola would have had 2 nights of raking in the dough.

Then-prez Bill Clinton acted when Cubans tried to come over: 1. Commanded the US Coast Guard to escort them, and point them back to Cuba; 2. Went to Congress; 3. Congress gave him the power to empower state governors; 4. State gov's could then authorize every sheriff, every police department, to utilize state police to take custody of these individuals, give them short term assistance, and start loading up their National Guard planes and fly them back home...
