The CDC has existed in one for or another since 1946. WHat the hell have we been paying them for?
I suggest Gore(Goretex), the family that Dem Senator Chris Coons of Delaware wedded into. He is in some committee post where he is the Senator most responsible for this aspect of African diplomacy according to a posting of several days ago. No doubt some largesse back to the Bidens. Housing a person who is symptom free 20 days into the quarantine period with a Newbie (just arrived, 1 days into quarantine) in one big "facility" or housing unit would not be smart.

True Class 1 suits are completely airtight and the occupant breathes through Self Contained Breathing Apparatus - SCBA...an air pack. Wear a suit like that with a pack for an hour and it will seem like a week. When you are through you have to go through a thorough decontamination process. Only way to be safe...
