The Fed governemnt is there to hang Wilson because the Brown was black and all the street criminals and race industry CEO’s came out to support Brown and made lots of noise.
Wilson knows the Feds are there to hang him and most everyone else knows it.
Brown was playing Mr. Badass walking down the middle of the street right after strong arming some little Indian guy running a greedymart, then badass attacks a cop...
After being wounded he walks away, then decided to continue the badass role and walked back towards Wilson to show that cop how badassed he was....
But Wilson was done playing with this dangerous lumberhead. And very justifiable so.

The medical examiner said Brown had marijuana in his system when he was shot. He didn’t mention any other drug. Isn’t pot supposed to calm people down? It would be interesting to know how many other thugs who got themselves shot and killed by the police had stuff in their system. I would bet a very high number of them.
