WASHINGTON The police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., two months ago has told investigators that he was pinned in his vehicle and in fear for his life as he struggled over his gun with Mr. Brown, according to government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the matter.
The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed........

Makes one think they enjoy shooting themselves in the foot.
again...facts are messy things..bullet holes in the cruiser can not be “fixed” nor changed....
Facts/evidence is only a slight inconvenience to the left.
To them, it is not important whether accusations against officer are true, they ought to be.
Truthers
George Zimmerman had injuries with photos. It did not matter to the race industry.

Seems like it is now appropriate to discuss this again with Dr. Michael Baden, the forensic pathologist, to see how he aligns his original findings of the gun shot wounds with this new statement of the close shot into the arm of Brown. In Baden’s early statements he seemed to be challenged to explains the various arm wounds. Revisiting this may further support Wilson’s statements.
“There was at least one photograph published of the injuries to the officers face”
There was a pic of an Australian “extreme sports” athlete who faceplanted, and was presented as being a photo of the policeman. Not photoshopped but misrepresented.
I wonder if there is criminal liability for Johnson’s statements/incitement.
plus Brown’s blood on the gun and on an interior door panel
This latest witness, who is black, told the Post-Dispatch that Johnson took off running toward West Florissant Avenue after the first shot went off inside Wilsons police SUV.
“To press charges, the Justice Department would need to clear a high bar, proving that Officer Wilson willfully violated Mr. Browns civil rights when he shot him.”
That high bar the Just-us Dept needs to clear is: 1) Brown be black and Officer Darren Wilson be white. 2) Brown be dead. Wilson be alive.
Ipso Facto Harem Scarem, Wilson be guilty.
Nothing to see here, just a little string the pot leak prior to election time
I always knew this was going to be the cops strongest argument.
The real question is what happened after he got out of the car, and what does the evidence say about his version after that point.
Well well well, the trayvons aren't going to like this.
Until the pathologies and utter drain on society of the BU is recognized and dealt with, these things will go on. The race vultures will keep screaming white racism, but hopefully most people will eventually catch on.
If racism is so prevalent in America, as the activists all tell us, why do they pick cases like those, that are completely without substance, to rally around?
The medical examiner said Brown had marijuana in his system when he was shot. He didn’t mention any other drug. Isn’t pot supposed to calm people down? It would be interesting to know how many other thugs who got themselves shot and killed by the police had stuff in their system. I would bet a very high number of them.
As weird as it sounds, many of the residents of lefty talk forums still claim Wilson was trying to pull the huge Brown into his car. Has any cop ever tried to pull a suspect (in this case an incredibly large suspect) into his car through the window? The gullibility of lefties never ceases to amaze me.
Sounds like a good way to tear your rotator cuff badly.
