The only year that someone was able to talk me into getting a flu shot…I got the flu, horrible case of it.
I don’t get shots. I stay flu-free year after year.
My husband was deathly sick every year he got the flu shot. Last 2 years he didn’t get it & was not sick.
Same here. I do however take large daily doses of Vitamin C plus some other supplements as per the Pauling Therapy.
