Those teachers kept screaming in the microphones that they’ve “suffered enough”.
In Philadelphia school district, teachers don’t pay any money into their healthcare. Yet year after year they want more $$$$$ money for schools and better healthcare benefits. That means Jack and Jill will have to pay higher taxes “For The Children”.
It is really hard to work up any sympathy for them. In fact, I feel zero zip zilch nada sympathy for them.

The teachers pay nothing for their healthcare, have amazing pensions with medical, cannot be fired and....
Only about half the students even graduate.
The Philadelphia school district is bankrupt and the teacher’s union thinks they are suffering...
