Maybe the Republican definition of “reform” is different than the Democrat definition of “reform?”
Under my definition of reform, there is no more diversity lottery, and immigrants can’t bring in family members (other than immediate families), and a person can’t immigrate unless they can prove that they are a net positive to the country. (I.e., with a masters degree or higher).
Give the Chamber of Commerce as many illiterate laborers, and the welfare state as many new clients, as their hearts desire.
Exactly. It comes down to ones definition of “reform”. Reform can mean many things. As the saying goes, the devil is in the details.
