Glenn Beck on Wednesday used spaghetti and chocolate sauce to indicate just how quickly Ebola can spread. The segment was both hilarious (imagine Becks radio co-host, Stu Burguiere, pelting Beck with handfuls of spaghetti to simulate projectile vomiting), and horrifying when you saw just how exposed the health care workers reportedly were at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
According to a statement by the co-president of National Nurses United, nurses who treated Thomas Eric Duncan the man who flew from West Africa to Dallas with Ebola had no real guidelines on how to deal with such an infectious disease, though the CDC insisted they were prepared. As the nurses dealt with copious amounts of highly contagious bodily fluids, they said some were not even wearing shoe covers.
Beck dressed exactly as the nurses reportedly did, commenting on how much of himself was exposed. Then Burguiere started pelting him with spaghetti and chocolate sauce to simulate the projectile vomiting and explosive diarrhea Duncan exhibited.

Not working for me... I’ll switch from Opera to Chrome and Pale Moon.
I use IE for Becks site and it works.
Beck has four employees who live in the same housing complex as the nurse sent to Emory.
I was watching and criticizing the obvious errors until I realized they were following “CDC Protocol”!!!!
Most obvious....Gloves off LAST! ...not First!
Chrome worked; thanks. I don’t use IEvx for anything, not since 2009 when I installed Win-7 Pro 64x.
I’ve been in and out of aseptic sterile rooms for 35 years. Proper dehorning is done in reverse order. People who work in these aseptic areas generally receive months of training and must pass microbial challenges before they get certified to actually work in the area.
To expect nurses and doctors to have acceptable sterile gown inc technique in a day is not realistic. Sure for the OR they know the procedure, but the OR is not a full aseptic area.
We might need a bigger boat.
..Degowning.
Yeah, dehorning is what needs to be done if you are, um, horny. :)
