The second nurse, Amber Vinson, took a commercial flight from Cleveland to Dallas while she was potentially contagious. Vinson, like Pham before her, was on the hospital's "self monitoring" program. Essentially, workers who provided care to the patient have been instructed to monitor themselves for symptoms, use their best judgment to decide when those symptoms are serious, and report themselves to the hospital.
This is the process which the CDC and the press have been bragging took only 90 minutes in Pham's case. But that number is meaningless, as it is only how long it took from when she decided she was sick to when they put her in isolation. It is not an indicator of how long she was infected (obviously, since she became infected while at the hospital caring for the patient), nor is it an indicator of how long she was contagious.
There are many other workers who likewise provided care to Duncan. CDC Director Thomas Frieden has said twice this week that we should be prepared to see more cases of Ebola turn up in Dallas. That they won't be surprised to see them. Another way to say that is, they expect to see them. If the CDC is sure there were protocol breaches, and there were two cases already, one would think that it would be natural to actively monitor the remaining health care workers.
Truth Revolt reached out to the hospital multiple times on Wednesday to determine whether the remaining patients were, in fact, left on a self-reporting basis. At the time of this article, despite more than one conversation, the hospital cannot or will not comment on how the remaining primary care providers are being monitored.

They’re called Health Care Professionals. Workers don’t do what these brave souls do.
Too bad the CDC can’t time travel.
Any Girl Scout could figure out how to protect
America better than the CDC, the Pentagon and the
TREASONOUS Congress, combined.
