The head of the CDC says that the people who cared for the Liberian who died were given "guidance".He mentioned nothing about "orders" or "instructions".He mentioned nothing about "legal responsibilities" or anything like that.Was this nurse *unwise* to have flown? Maybe.Does she belong in jail for having done so? Not as far as I can tell.Perhaps,if it's deemed medically necessary,a law can be enacted which would legally require people like her to do..or avoid doing...certain things.But AFAIK no such law exists at this moment.
