The same sort of figures that are used to claim that pot is a ‘gateway’ also show that alcohol and tobacco are gateways. But the people that want Pot to be a gateway use alcohol and tobacco....
They may think their personal experiences prove that those drugs are not gateways - overlooking the fact that most pot users also never go on to harder drugs.
