The highest commonality I can find with the HCWs is the exam light above the patient’s head. Staff of differing height have to adjust the light to look into eyes, throat, etc.
If HCWs scrub up, come in room, adjust exam light before putting on gloves, the patient has been coughing and sneezing and breathing on that light.
