New Poll Shows Democrats Have Never Been Lower
Townhall.com ^ | October 15, 2014 | Conn Carroll

The American people have never registered a lower opinion of the Democratic Party, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post Poll

Just 39 percent of respondents told pollsters they have a favorable opinion of the Democratic Party, compared to 51 percent of respondents who view the Democrats unfavorably. No poll, including Gallup, New York Times, and CBS News numbers (with data going back to 1984), has ever shown the Democrats so disliked.

Republicans are even more unpopular, with just 33 percent of adults admitting to liking the party, but they have been lower and the narrow six-point gap between the two parties is close to the smallest it has been in years.

Looking inside the numbers, it appears that Democratic support is crumbling for the same reason Republican favorability has been low for so long: the base is unhappy with the party.

Just 65 percent of African Americans now view the Democrats favorably, a 17 point drop from the 82 percent that viewed them favorably in the last WaPo poll. Female support also dropped 13 points from 54 percent to 41 percent.

This loss of faith from the faithful mirrors self-identified Republicans who have always had a less favorable view of their own party than Democrats do.

The WaPo poll also showed a strong advantage for Republicans on the generic congressional ballot. A full 50 percent of likely voters said they were planning to vote for Republican candidates this November, compared to just 43 percent who said they planned to vote for Democrats.

If the poll were done honestly his approval rating would be at least 20% lower and his disapproval rating 20% higher

Hey, let’s not sell the democrats short: I think they have repeatedly demonstrated that they ALWAYS have the capacity to go lower, in every way.

Obvious chilling conclusion: This election can NOT happen.

Ebola. Stock market collapse. Race riots in the streets.

Whatever it takes to postpone them.

The American people avoided electing a militant leftist in 1972, 1984, 1988, 2000, and 2004. They elected relatively centrist democrats in 1976, 1992 and 1996.

In 2008 and 2012, the people finally got a leftist democrat, and democrats are now the lowest they’ve ever been. I hope that translates to elected leaders AT EVERY SINGLE LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT!

This is the money quote. The Dems are going to get shellacked.

In our current culture, it is now faddish to reject political and religious institutions.

So often I hear....”I vote for the man, not the party”

Or....”I’m spiritual but I don’t belong to any organized religion”

I think it is all hogwash and all a cop out.

There is a late-nite radio show called Redeye Radio that caters to the trucking crowd, and is probably familiar to some insomniac freepers. The hosts have been saying that nowadays, with all the evidence out there, there has never been an easier time to make the case for conservative free-market values. Like taking candy from a baby, yet unexplicably, the GOP fails to even try to make the argument or stand up against Obama’s destructive policies.

Yeah. America HATES both sides. A lot. And they hate us more than them (which is sad).

Tell me something I don’t know.

George Will cautions that the Democrat voter turn out is in high gear. Democrat voters are oblivious to consequences of their vote, and can be motivated.

I suggest you take a long, hard look at our political and religious institutions.

popularity does not change votes.

we have zombie voters.

Seniors whose voting station is in the lobby of their condo. Take elevator, vote using “vote this way card”, take elevator home.

Nursing home absentee voters whose care givers vote for them.

Homeless shelters where “Winne T. Pooh” lists as their home.

This election is about the margin of fraud.

This election is about not only crushing the democrats, we have to crush the bureaucracy

People are afraid to take sides. They are afraid to defend institutions. As both a Catholic and a Republican, I know this all too well.

I HAVE taken sides. I know my Party is not perfect.

But since I have taken sides, I know there is NEVER good reason to vote for a Democrat for ANYTHING. At least not here in CA. ALL Democrats here are Marxists. Doesn’t mean that all Republicans are perfect. But they are all, without exception, better than the Democrats.

“Obvious chilling conclusion: This election can NOT happen.”

Let them TRY! There will be “occupied lamp posts” country-wide!

There are too many elections which are within the margin of error and that means within the margin of vote fraud. The GOP has lost every close recount since the FL Presidential election. The RATS are ready to pull out their bag of tricks and armies of lawyers to impact any close election.

The only good news about lower rating is that the Democrats will have to steal more votes to win.

I can see the possibility of the Democrats rating be zero yet win with more than 100% of the votes in some districts.

Election fraud is what has to be fixed before this nation can begin to heal.

First step, toss out all voter rolls and require all voters to re-register with proper photo ID.

Second step, national register of voters so people can not register in different districts or states.

Third step, make voter fraud a felony with mandatory prison.

Seniors whose voting station is in the lobby of their condo

Seniors strongly supported Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney in the 2012 election (56 percent) over President Barack Obama. http://www.forbes.com/sites/merrillmatthews/2013/04/11/obama-to-seniors-its-time-for-you-to-pay/ The one vote conservatives can count on is the senior vote!!
