This post and post 10 have the same guy in a beard. He’s wearing the same anti-Bush shirt in both photos, but different hat and wearing an overshirt in one.
Probably a professional protestor.

The guy holding the “kill Bush” sign looks like a twin of former Mariners’ outfielder Jay Buhner.
