Louise Troh, Duncan’s girlfriend said that she appreciated everyone but the hospital and his caregivers.

To be fair, Duncan TRIED to get help but a software (EPIC Systems) precluded him from being analyzed as an African traveler - he told the nurse he’d come from Liberia.
She will milk this for all she can, no doubt, but Duncan was the one sent home on the 26th, only to be admitted on the 28th when his symptoms were undeniable.
That ping will be a long time coming, I imagine.
It would be the courteous and civil thing to do. Let’s see if it happens.
