Pray for the people of Kobani. Good grief.
The entire reason that groups have to resort to terrorism is that the US is superior on the battlefield. In particular, we demonstrated in the first gulf war how easily we could tear apart an organized army in the wide open desert. How on earth are these ISIS groups moving around in fleets of pickup trucks, in the open desert, without being detected and destroyed.
It is hard to believe that our influence with Turkey is so miniscule, and our armed forces are so impotent against ISIS. Its almost as if somebody is trying to be ineffective.
A lot of heads will be chopped off today.
now i see some conflicting reports..so im not sure if anyone knows exactly who has control of what..not good if baghdad falls imo
