No necessarily true. A child died from the Enterovirus in New Jersey and another has died in Detroit. Maybe not all of the states have contacted the CDC for assistance.

Oklahoma, Kansas City, Wichita, Iowa, Colorado, etc.

Here is a map of the CURRENT outbreak area, and it is several days old.

If you only saw the above map, you could not see that the original outbreak started in the middle of the US and spread N/S + E/W to major hubs on the US INTERSTATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM.
