Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins has presided for four years over a government with a budget of nearly $1 billion. He has met with President Barack Obama, and he has ordered airplanes to spray insecticide to kill disease-carrying mosquitoes.
But after last week, his highest-profile action in office might be an evening drive.
Jenkins made international news last Friday when he loaded the family of Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan into a Ford Explorer and drove them to an isolated location where they could wait and see whether they had contracted the virus. He wore no protective gear during the excursion.

“I see dead people” eyes.
Idiots like this are the reason for the Ebola Season.
Any FReeper out there able to grab a screen shot of him at the press conference today? He did not look too healthy to me.
The judge, I mean.
Beat me by a minute.
Same ears, eyes, facial lines, suit, shirt, tie, pin location....and cheesy grin.
Looks like hes the offspring of incestuous ancestors.
From the link...
...in an interview, Valerie Jarrett, a senior adviser to the president, called Jenkins one of my favorite people.
He is stellar, Jarrett said. He is a very special man.
Tells us all we need to know.
“I see dead people eyes.”
I see 2 guys playing pocket pool.
Even before my second cup of coffee. YUCK.
Judge has hyper thyroid eyes same as Hillary used to have more often. She might be on better meds now. But part of the reason she was an idiot as Secretary of State was her thyroid going up and down like a yo-yo. A bit like going from manic to depressive and back and recycling this
two loonie tunes
He looks like he already has Ebola. Bleeding out will commence any minute.
It will be a very good test case on how Ebola does / does not spread.
I personally applaud Mr. Jenkins for taking this potentially risky step.
Most on FR are blowing smoke up each others butt on this issue.
The two cases of Hazmat suite infection make the most sense. My guess is that the Cameraman and the nurse may not have payed as much attention as needed when removing their hazmat gear and washing up
Two equal idiots.
Looks like Bruce Jenner!
The camera just loooooves him!
DANG!
Not to stereotype but a lot of masons have that look - I don’t know but wouldn’t be surprised to find that he is a mason.
“It will be a very good test case on how Ebola does / does not spread.”
So we don’t know for certain how it is spread.
“I personally applaud Mr. Jenkins for taking this potentially risky step.”
Maybe if he didn’t put his family at risk.
