The House can defund it all by its lonesome.
But hasn’t and won’t. A more profound change is required in Washington.
What is required is more than the senate, but that is a great start.... but only a start.
This is a situation that requires great follow through. Where will that come from?
Can the republic count on “We the People”? The last few elections put that in question.
