I was in China right after the SARS ban on non-essential travel had been lifted. Most international flights were still cancelled (36 hours in transit to get back because of lousy connections). At every airport in China, moon-suited guards were doing temperature checks.

Ebola is worse than SARS. I wonder why we don't treat it as seriously, and suspect it's because we are treating it as an affirmative action disease because of the African connection.

This will be an tragic failure like everything obama’s “logic” touches.

I do not understand how the CDC can approve this. If I, with the education of registered nurse, can see how backwards this plan is, why don’t the geniuses in Washington?

These possible cases of ebola that they are screening out AFTER a long international flight of incubating in an enclosed plane, could have exposed dozens of innocents . . . and then what???? Only a President Obola could think this is a good idea . . .
