I’m motivated by the idea of NOT having dems in charge of Supreme Court appointments and Department of Justice appointments...Do you honetly believe that the GOPe would have the temerity to oppose obama on a Supreme Court nomination? I certainly don't. How many republicans voted to oppose the 'wise latina'? Ruth Bader Ginsburg?
