Yes ... Roberts DOES have a 96-percent "positive" Conservative voting record ...
But just like Arlen Specter and Mary Landrieu ...
What difference does it make if the "Kansas Public Perception" sees Roberts as just another "Washingtion Dope" who doesn't Give-A-Damn about Kansas ?
And just what "baby genius" created that perception ?
Roberts and his "best friend" Karl "Tokyo" Rove ...

The hate from many who call themselves conservatives is palpable for this guy but why? I guess it's just because he's old?
