If I were her manager I wouldn’t clear her for two weeks...I’d see about some type of extra sick time for her but I wouldn’t let her come back for a full 3 weeks after exposure to disease!
Two weeks R & R is definitely in order after such an harrowing ordeal, and I’m sure she’s exhausted and still upset. That’s the only sane thing to do, agreed.
The best way to get a good outbreak going is to get it started in the hospital staff. I am finally beginning to think that this thing really is being deliberately brought into the USA by our government. It will serve to end the medical system altogether and replace it with Single Payer. Offshore medical insurance is the only thing that makes sense now, at least until the border is closed to exit.
