Anyone care to take a crack at clarifying the functionality of the last two items here?
I believe the reference is to command destruct of a missile that has become a hazard, usually due to loss of control. Flight termination, same thing. Mind you, I've been out of the missile biz for three decades now, but I think that might be what they're referring to.
