I believe the White House, Holder, the Poverty Pimp Twins Jackson and Brooklyn Al all stated that the basic problem with Ferguson was that the Police Department DID NOT REFLECT the same ratio as the population they served.
Are they making sure that the 4,000 military they are sending to West Africa to fight Ebola are reflective of the population they are to serve? That would help clear the welfare rolls by 3,960 (99%X4,000).
Or is this part of the WHITE MAN’S PRIVILDGE. (aka Burden).

They seldom do in minority communities because few minorities go into law enforcement. Seems like hispanics do quite a bit more than blacks. Detroit is 80% black but the police force is only 60% black.
