The Rev. Al Sharpton decried the “disrespecting” of women Sunday while addressing the rape allegations against his high-profile lawyer, Sanford Rubenstein.
“I don’t care how close we are, if he’s wrong, he’s wrong,” Sharpton said of Rubenstein during his address to a crowd at the Circle of Sisters Expo at the Javits Center.

Bullcrap. Al's been on the wrong side of so many cases from Twana Brawley to the Duke Five, but has never apologized once when he's wrong. Even worse, both he and Jesse continue to boast of a "Rev." title, yet neither one has ever finished divinity school, had a church, or had a congregation. Al was "ordained" by a DC preacher at age 10! Both have perpetuated this lie as they walk through life as professional "pot-stirrers", almost always siding with the wrong side. Both men would be homeless if they couldn't foment discord between the races.
If his lawyer friend had smeared human excrement all over her face, he’d be getting his megaphone out of the closet and heading for the streets.
