I think I heard something recently that actually does include this as one definition of rape. It may have been something out of California (where else) which describes what is accepted sexual conduct...not sure. Tuned it out.
So she gets drunk and drugged up, and may just as easily seduced the poor guy, but he’s guilty of rape.
This is starting to remind me of the day care pedophile rape cases of the 1980s - starting in California as well. Children proclaiming they had been stabbed in the stomach by daycare workers were taken seriously because “children don’t lie.” Wrecked lives across the United States.
