If they give him the experimental treatment to possibly save him, it will send a message to others that if they can somehow get here, they’ll get cured, yet they would likely end up spreading it here and all points between in the process.
Similar to how giving .gov handouts to all those who come across the Southern border simply causes more of them to follow.
