Thomas Eric Duncan traveled from Liberia, to Dulles International Airport outside of Washington, D.C

They need to be more accurate. He traveled from Brussels to Dulles airport. He did that because he had a visa and the 13,500 visas are the problem not the air travel. Brussels lets anyone travel there and there's nothing we can do about that. But without a visa he would not be let on the plane for Dulles.
