So if someone infected with ebola were to cough or sneeze on me, I am safe? I think the risk would be pretty low, but it wouldn't be zero, so out of an abundance of caution I think you should assume you were exposed and go under medical observation.

Just to be sure at my age, I get vaccinated against the flu. Its never too late to play it safe.
