Mr. Duncan had direct contact with a woman stricken by Ebola on Sept. 15, just four days before he left Liberia for the United States, the womans parents and Mr. Duncans neighbors said.
The family of the woman, Marthalene Williams, 19, took her by taxi to a hospital with Mr. Duncans help on Sept. 15 after failing to get an ambulance, said her parents, Emmanuel and Amie Williams. She was convulsing and seven months pregnant, they said.
Turned away from a hospital for lack of space in its Ebola treatment ward, the family said it took Ms. Williams back home in the evening, and that she died hours later, around 3 a.m.
Mr. Duncan rode in the taxi in the front passenger seat while Ms. Williams, her father and her brother shared the back seat. Mr. Duncan then helped carry Ms. Williams, who was no longer able to walk, back to the family home that evening, neighbors said.

This Ebola case in Dallas, in my opinion, was done on purpose.
This s.o.b. knew he had Ebola and he flew here knowing that he would expose him to others.
He should be charged with attempted murder. Assuming some Texan doesn’t take justice into his own hands.
Based on the NY Times report, he knew with 100% certainty he had direct exposure to Ebola 4-5 days before departing for the US. This means;
a) he came here for better healthcare
b) he came here to spread Ebola
Thanks for posting. Be prepared. Health/life BUMP!
“U.S. Patient Aided Pregnant Liberian, Then Took Ill”
Even the NYT slimes are messing with us in the title.
“U.S. Patient ...” — trying to make it sound like he belongs in U.S. or is a citizen.
HE’S A FOREIGNER
I think you’re right. This LIBERIAN national (NEITHER an American citizen or legal immigrant) came to the US for the better medical care WITH NO REGARD TO THE US CITIZENS who he may infect.
I’ve lost any sympathy I had for him after reading the article.
“In an office with a large FedEx sign outside the building in downtown Monrovia, Mr. Brunson said that Mr. Duncan quit abruptly on Sept. 4, giving no reason.”
If I was suspicious that this administration wants to take Coward-Pivan to the next level, I’d think he was paid to do all this traveling.
