The oversight committee had a closed door session with her after the public one, so one can only imagine what further travesties have happened but not come to public attention. I think the problems go much deeper.

It was the guy with the gun on the elevator...that broke this open. Why would ANYONE be allowed on an elevator with the President other than Secret Service, family and staff? Ever. Gun or no gun. People can just wait for the next car. You're right - that one was shocking...
