Grocery shopping is a huge issue. What if someone went shopping and felt several fruits for ripeness before choosing the one they wanted. A few other people buy those fruits. The checkout clerk touches them, the family unloads them, and someone eats them. This would fall outside of the normal scope of search for who came into contact with the infected person.

that why stores now offering sanitary wipes- not that many use them

Should have read your post before I posted.

By the way, a few years ago my wife noticed some Middle Eastern types seeming to be touching the produce a little too much and not buying anything. She reported it to the store manager and he gave her a blank look.
