What if you made your own wipes...dip paper towel squares into a bleach solution, squeeze excess liquid, keep in sealed baggie?
I bought some of the standard dollar store sterile wipes with the intent of taking the wipes out of the plastic container, let them completely dry, stuff them in a glass canning jar (I don't know that the original plastic container can handle the alcohol) and pour 90% alcohol over them. A sufficient concentration of bleach should work too.
