Most travelers do anything they can to get back to the US when they fall ill on a trip. You can bet if he felt bad, he did everything he could to hide it.

I doubt that the ignorant masses are going to think much of a nosebleed or some pinpoint bruises.
A flight from where? Do we know yet?
Ebola can have incubation time up to 3 weeks. If a traveler is infected on day one of his business trip, he has plenty of time to do the work and fly back without feeling a thing. The viruses need time to multiply... only then it becomes obvious.
According to this Reuters article (http://preview.msn.com/en-us/news/us/first-ebola-case-diagnosed-in-the-united-states-cdc/ar-BB6EA9s ), he’s not likely a US citizen. Which begs the question of how he was exposed and why he traveled after a known exposure.
Travel restrictions in to/out of affected regions should have been imposed months ago until this was under control as clearly not all people can be trusted to do the right thing.
