Numerous news outlets have named Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, as a possible replacement for Holder.
Listing Bharara as a top contender to replace Holder, Politicos Playbook said Friday that the pick would be a way for Obama to soothe the restless left because of his aggressive Wall Street prosecutions.

That's the part that puzzles me as well...
Having done massive research on the left and the progressive movement he had to know they will stoop to any level to attack and neutralize you...Shut you up by any means possible...
Now D'Souza (effectively) gone.
I doubt it...
I certainly hope you're right. But his conviction will be used to cast a shadow over everything he does.
Cavuto can be a DUNCE!!!!
Stuart Varney and Judge Napolitano covered this topic earlier on the Fox Business Network on Varney & Company when news of Holder's resignation first broke.
