They already:
Have their own sovereign territory on US soil (something we fought against in the Civil War)
Have their own legal system
Have their own tribal courts
Have a free ride through school/university
Have the ability to benefit from Affirmative Action
Have their own almost monopoly on the casino system
Law enforcement handing out tickets on INTERSTATE 40.
Free housing on land purchased by the U.S. Government to relocate those living close to the Hopi reservation.
