The video, said to have been shot Tuesday in northwestern Syria, shows Idlib province residents going through motions that have become all too familiar in three years of civil war between antigovernment rebels and the forces of President Bashar Assad: surveying the remnants of flattened homes and picking through the debris.
This time, though, the bombs rained down from a government other than Assad's. "Mass destruction of the civilian homes as a result of the strikes of the Western alliance on the civilians in the western Idlib suburbs," an antigovernment activist says in the video. "Look, it is all civilian homes."
As officials in Washington released vivid photographic evidence of the destruction of militant Islamists' training camps and headquarters, videos on social media and statements by a wide range of Syrian rebel groups painted a more complex picture of the damage caused by the first rounds of U.S.-led airstrikes in Syria.

No sympathy here.
It is obviously bad when Assad is bombing.
Then there is Obama, what not to like? It is called “humanitarian bombing”.
A dead muslim is a dead muslim. Works for me.
“humanitarian relief in a steel casing with no parachute that includes some explosive material in it for mining natural resourses...”
there you go New Times — you can use that in your story to aid your Dear Leader...
Hippies are so 60’s...as are their ideas about peace...just doesn’t work...
Since the Kurds are doing all the fighting in Northern Iraq - seems to me that the Iraq govt led by Maliki is allowing this to happen to weaken them once this is done - allowing a Shia Arab/Persian Force to invade Kurdistan and crush them...
The same model/tactic was used during WWII in China when the Nationalist fought the Japanese and at the conclusion was in a weakened state, allowing the Communist to push them out of the mainland over to Taiwan. Of course, the US stood by and did nothing...
The same will happen here...isn’t history great!
Where are the drums outside the White House? They are silent—the “Anti-War Crowd” Is just a branch of the Progressive Liberal Party (AKA The American Communists). Just like the NOW women—just a political group to keep Democrat Liberals in Power forever. Its not about any cause—just power and money.
+1.
Doesn’t matter. Only matters if it’s Israel doing the bombing.
Great minds think alike; the media dropped her as their useful idiot when Obama was elected.
What a tool...
More likely the media just doesn’t cover any protests.
Right, or they would have vacated the area.
Iraq govt led by Maliki is allowing this to happen
i guess you knew, but Maliki relinquished power over a month ago, now if he is still calling the shots i do not know
Mike
HE stepped down — more so - over to a VP position...but with his Iranian ties and that of Allawi, Iran is still heavily influences in the equation...this move by Maliki places him in a “I’m not responsible for the collapse” position, but rest assured he is waiting for the situation to return to a favorable one where his return will be....oh so convenient...in the end, this govt or any by an Arab nation that has “Islamic Republic” in the name cannot be trusted to play nice with Western Powers...
It’s very simple...
Democrat war good.
Republican war bad.
What is a “civilian”?
Civilians on our side are getting killed every day by them.
