How about due process, union representation, Federal Law workers rights???
Does a man have the right to defend himself in court 1st?
Zero tolerance is less than a preponderance of evidence and a subjective charge with no real objective.

It wasn’t a federal case it was a local and state felony matter. Thus not in Babs jurisdiction as a lawmaker. I think a woman beater is lowest of lowest ranking second place only to child molesters or beaters and I don’t mean a parents spankings which I endorse as needed. But federal government is injecting itself way too much in what is a private business in all levels of sports. The commission isn’t a police dept although yea a suspension would likely be wise and government is not the NFL.
