Definitely an “actress” in that in google images she has a self effacing kind of smile. In her case this is over compensating for the brutality she inflicted at her sonority. She might be a bit nuts in a Jekyll and Hyde kind of way
That’s just it-she’s cute, no more. Miss America was never about the “high fashion” kind of beauty, but it was about the lovely girl-next-door, lovely to the nth degree. This girl’s not even that, she’s just cute. She’s actually more attractive in what I guess is a “before” picture, with her hair shorter and brown. She’s just not the type that “glamorizes” well.
